Baelgiri, Chitrak, Gritkumari, Kutaj, Neembu Ras, Sonth, Sendha Namak, Shudhh nausadar, Ajwain, Amla, Dhaniya, Harad, Jeera, Shatpushpa, Pudeena etc
Directions for Use:
3-4 teaspoonful (15-20ml) twice or thrice a day after meals or as directed by Physician or Ayurvedacharya
Note: for Chronic Constipation 1 teaspoonful Tanskukh Parzz with warm water at bed time is also suggested.
